Subscriptions and Pricing

TiMa IO is accessible for free for all users. However, in order to maintain the site and keep improving and adding features, certain tools are available only with subscriptions. We have various plans available for users to chose from, starting with a free plan that provides access to the basic features of My Timecard (Calendar and Time Recording).

Users may create an account for free, and once the account is created, they must add a subscription. This can be done from the My Account menu, on which users find a link to their Subscriptions Manager, which lists the plans the user can subscribe to and their prices.

Payment options

Most subscription plans are available with two payment options:

1. yearly subscription with a single payment at the time of subscription, generally allowing a discount on a period of 12 months
2. monthly subscription with monthly payments - a first payment at the time of subscribing, and then 11 recurrent payments of the same amount every month for 11 further months

Payments can be managed on the subscription's details page, which can be accessed from the Subscriptions Manager. If you have any queries about your payment(s), please send us an email at open@sesameweb.net.

Important: your payments are not handled directly by TiMa IO, but we have partnered with a payment processing company. This means that TiMa IO does not have your full payment details in its database, only confirmation of the payment transactions.
