Help: Tools

The tool box icon in the menu bar at the top of TiMa IO gives access to the important tools which you can use to manage your business. 

• Projects - the basis of TiMa IO, without setting up at least one Project you will not be able to make full use of the rest of the tools
• Clients - enter details of your Clients for your own records and to facilitate invoicing
• Products - set up "fixed fee" Sales items which you can easily add to the Calendar or import to invoices
• Analysis - see a snapshot of hours worked, sales and overall earnings
• Invoicing - generate your professional-looking invoices in just a few clicks from your daily work and sales records
• Payments - track payments made against invoices to help manage your accounts
