Help: Tools - Analysis
The Analysis tool provides a quick overview of your Work Records and / or items sold.
When the page loads, you will see a summary of your Work Records and sold items for the current month. Change the date range with the filters at the top of the page and press Go.
There are 2 tabs at the top of the page:
- Work Records
- Product Sales
Work records analysis
Below the selected date range, the summary table shows the number of Work Records, total hours worked, total pay and holidays taken for each Project.
View the data as a simple table by clicking the 'table' icon to the right of the Project name, or export this data to Excel by clicking the 'Excel document' icon. Either of these gives you:
- Work and break start and end times, as well as total time worked per record
- Work Record notes
- Work Record tags
- Total time worked in that date range
Top tip: Consider using the Invoicing tool to generate your invoice easily in just a few clicks.
Click the 'plus' symbol next the Project title to display the details of each Work Record and a summary of your tags.
If you wish to edit a Work Record directly from this page, click the 'edit' icon at the left of the record to open the Work Record Editor pop-up. Refresh the page to see your changes.
Product Sales analysis
This tab lists all items that you have added as items sold to the Calendar (bottom panel on the sidebar). For more information, see Sales items.
